TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIG SISTER NAIJA REALITY TV SHOW

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration process for participants

1.2 By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To be eligible to participate in Big Sister Naija Reality TV show, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old (consent age).
* Be a citizen of Nigeria
* Have a valid means of identification
* Be available for auditions
* Neither you nor any of your immediate family members or anyone living in your household may currently be, nor have been within the past one (1) year, an employee, officer or director of any of the following: (a) any entity owned, controlled or affiliated with each of the foregoing, or any direct and/or indirect parents, subsidiaries, affiliated or related entities of each of the foregoing; (b) any person or entity directly involved in the development, production, distribution of the Big Sister Naija Series or any variation thereof; (c) any known major sponsor of Big Sister Naija Series; (d) any entity substantially owned or controlled by Screenland Entertainment or (e) any person or entity supplying services to the Series
* You may not have been convicted of any criminal charges
* You must voluntarily submit to a background check when needed

2.2 Screenland Entertainment reserves the right to verify your eligibility and may request additional information or documentation.

3. REGISTRATION PROCESS
3.1 To register for the Show, you must submit a completed registration form on the website, including:
* Your personal details (name, email, phone number, etc.).
* A brief introduction and explanation of why you want to participate in the Show.
* Any required supporting materials (e.g., photos, audios, videos).
3.2 You must ensure that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.

4. SELECTION PROCESS
4.1 Screenland Entertainment will review all registration submissions and select potential participants based on their suitability for the Show.
4.2 The selection process may involve multiple rounds, including interviews, auditions, or other assessments.
4.3 Screenland Entertainment decisions regarding selection are final and binding.
4.4 You agree to pay a non refundable registration fee

5. PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
5.1 If selected to participate in the Show, you will be required to sign a Participation Agreement, which will include:
* Granting the Screenland Entertainment exclusive rights to your likeness, image, and performance.
* Agreeing to abide by the rules and format of the Show.
* Releasing Screenland Entertainment and its affiliates from liability for any claims or damages.
5.2 The Participation Agreement will be provided to you separately and will supersede these Terms.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 You agree to keep confidential all information related to the Show, including but not limited to:
* The selection process and outcome.
* The format, content, rules and regulations of the Show.
* Any personal or confidential information about other participants or staffs.
6.2 This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 You agree to grant Screenland Entertainment non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any materials you submit as part of your registration (e.g., photos, videos) for promotions and marketing regarding Big Sister Naija Reality TV show
7.2 You acknowledge that Screenland Entertainment owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Show, including its format, concept, and content.

8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
8.1 You agree to hold harmless Screenland Entertainment, its affiliates, sponsors, directors respective officers,, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the Show.
8.2 You agree to indemnify Screenland Entertainment against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or any other agreement related to the show.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through Dispute Resolution Process.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
10.1 Screenland Entertainment reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Your continued participation in the registration process will constitute your acceptance of any future changes to these Terms.

By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
